Foreword by Chief Syarie Judge

 

 Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh,

Praise be to the Almighty Allah SWT, Selawat and Salam upon our Prophet Muhammad SAW, his family members, friends and also to all Muslims.

Syukur to Allah SWT, because of His blessings, we are able to meet again on this New Year 2012. Believe it or not, we are now in year 2012. I am sure that all Melaka Syariah Court (MSNM) staffs and all of our website visitors have their own determinations to be achieved by this 2012 year.

Year 2012, started with a very good news for all MSNM staffs, due to the 5 stars rating award for this website, where the conferment event was been held on 1st December 2011, at Putrajaya International Convention Centre (PICC). Alhamdulillah, the aim to grab 5 stars was finally achieved. This website’s performance is even meaningful when MSNM was the first Syariah Court, which had grabbed 5 stars rating among the other Syariah Court in Malaysia. These are all from high commitments given by those who were involved direct or indirectly in constructing and improving for this website. Well done, hopefully all hard works for this year can be more optimal, in order to maintain this 5 stars reward, which is currently also another System Star Rating aim to be implemented in this department.

Thus, I also would like to congratulate all MSNM’s Committee of Innovation and Quality Group Coordinator, which was been, established on 15th December 2011, leaded by the Chief Registrar, Sir Jasni Bin Mat Desa. This committee plays an important role to regulate the establishment and implementation for the MSNM’s Quality program, which consist of MS ISO 9001:2008, the Key Performance Index (KPI), 5s, the “Kumpulan Inovatif dan Kreatif (KIK)”, and also the System Star Rating (SSR). I really hope that upon this committee establishment may always make them observe and make sure that strategy plans for all quality programs can be implemented on this current year and also in future.

Besides that, I also hope that all MSNM staffs can work with full commitment, especially due to this new year, which can be a starting point and transformation towards a good public’s delivery system and at the same time, it may improve our practice now and hereafter.

Lastly, congratulations and well done to those who were involved in maintaining the webpage’s excellence. Hopefully this website is not only for normal reviews, but may also provide benefits to everyone. I also hope that all MSNM staffs are able to contribute ideas and innovations from time to time for this website’s improvement. Congratulations and well done!!
